With our 2006 introduction of the Non-Steady-State (NSS) Modeling Innovation, we successfully eliminated the need to establish a steady state prior to performing testing. This singular innovation allows practitioners to consistently and accurately tune the noisy, oscillatory, and long Dead-Time systems that are typical in industrial applications.

More recently, we assumed the lead in process monitoring and analytics. We begin that journey in 2004 with our first real-time control loop assessment tool and then launched a comprehensive monitoring platform in 2009. From powerful forensic tools like TuneVue and advanced State-Based Analytics, we’ve set the pace for innovation. Today, Control Station helps leading process manufacturers to proactively identify performance issues and isolate root-causes on a plantwide basis at production facilities located on six continents.
