the Non-Steady State (NSS) Modeling Innovation

LOOP-PRO is equipped with the Non-Steady State (NSS) Modeling Innovation. This proprietary feature eliminates the need for a steady-state condition prior to the start of testing. All that LOOP-PRO requires is data that shows a clear change in the Controller Output. LOOP-PRO accommodates users who lack direct access to live process data when tuning by supporting the use of common flat text files such as CSV and XML. Deep Scanning

Custom Signatures
LOOP-PRO enhances PID controller identification of custom signature blocks. Users can create blocks for their non-standard controllers and save them alongside existing OEM signatures, making each controller easily searchable using the software's Deep Scan function.

Stability Analysis
Enhance your PID tuning with LOOP-PRO’s Stability Plot. This visual tool shows how much deviation in Process Gain is allowed while maintaining stability. The larger the green area, the more stable your process is with the chosen tuning values. A smaller green area highlights risks of instability, aiding better decision-making.
Tuning Log
The software maintains a log of all users as well as the dates/times and PID tuning values associated with each session. The log can reveal steady or sometimes drastic changes in values for one or more controller tuning parameter. The information can also reveal the tuning tendencies associated with different staff/users (e.g., more aggressive, more conservative, etc.).
