Intended for users of the PlantESP Loop Performance Monitoring solutions, this is an interactive workshop that empowers participants to leverage PlantESP in the systemmatic identification, isolation, and correction of common PID controller performance issues. Participants are first exposed to essential PlantESP features used in the configuration of loops, alerts, and reports before diving into the solution's library of Key Performance Indices (KPIs), Advanced Forensic Utilities, and other process diagnostic capabilities.
Lectures and demonstrations are complemented by hands-on exercises that engage participants in the simulated use of PlantESP. Exercises allow participants to uncover, diagnose, and document performance issues in need of corrective action.
Sixteen (16) hours delivered over four (4) four-hour days.
This application-based workshop is intended for current and prospective licensees of the PlantESP Loop Performance Monitoring solution including application administrators.
Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for participating in this workshop. A current license of PlantESP is recommended but not required.
Download the curriculum for the complete topic-by-topic agenda, learning objectives, and pricing details.
Participants receive access to PDFs of all lecture slides and workshop exercises. Access to PlantESP Loop Performance Monitoring and a simulated plant environment is provided through the ReadyTech virtual training portal.
